Precise measurement of all above- and below-ground elements, e.g.:
  • Sprinklers
  • Valve boxes
  • Pipes / lines
  • Drains
  • Hydrants
  • Shafts
Measurement of all relevant areas, e.g. Greens, Fairways, Tees, Bunkers
Changes can be made quickly and easily directly in the GIS at any time - at the desktop PC and in the Punctus smartphone app
All Punctus users can access the digital overview.

Geo-information system (GIS): Store all important information individually for each object

gis_2

Specific information can be stored for all objects/elements, including photos.

Different master data is stored for sprinklers than for pipes or valve boxes, for example.

The properties are defined per group and can also be adjusted at any time.

Detailing the objects helps to keep track of things.

In the event of a replacement, employees are able to view all relevant information in order to correctly replace and adjust the defective sprinkler, for example.

Maintain all information about the tree population in one system

  • Creation and management of the tree register with regard to the traffic safety obligation

  • Trees are recorded / marked individually

  • Specific information can be stored for each tree (age, type, height, photos, trunk diameter, etc.)

  • External tree inspectors can also enter the data directly into the GIS (avoiding secondary systems with additional costs)

Automated import of the parcels into the GIS

  • Digital parcel maps can be obtained from the relevant authority

  • The parcel map is created as a layer in the GIS

  • Additional information can be stored for the various parcels:

    • Ownership

    • Lease agreement including term, annual costs, other lease conditions

    • Size of the parcel

  • Addition of photos, for example, using the Punctus app
  • Specific Chemicals report
  • Automatically filled application protocol
  • Outlook: Active reminder of expiring approvals, among other things
