Pre-planning of activities:
  • The Head Greenkeeper plans work in advance and the employee calls up this work in the app
  • The work contains all essential information, e.g. area, activity, machine, product, specified working time and comments
Independent entry of activities:
  • The employee can add work independently
  • The Head Greenkeeper then checks the team's entries
Status of work and photos:
  • The employee checks the work as "Done"
  • The Head Greenkeeper sees the check mark on the PC or in the app and can track the status
  • Using the app, photos can be added to individual work to document the status of the course
  • The Head Greenkeeper can view the photos on the PC and in the app

  • Products must be created/managed in terms of master data (e.g. approval data or nutrients), stocks and prices
  • Punctus automatically includes certain product master data and all inventory products are managed - incl. the movements
  • In the fertilizer report, the nutrient overviews are automatically created for each golf course area
  • When a product application is created, Punctus suggests the amount based on the product master data
